PRIVACY
Your
privacy is of the utmost importance to Cranberry Cat and we do
everything in our power to protect it. We appreciate your support as
we continue to maintain your trust and confidence by providing you a
safe and secure online atmosphere in which to enjoy our services.
Any personal information you provide to us is held solely by
Cranberry Cat in the strictest of confidence. We will never give
out, share, sell, rent or otherwise distribute your private
information to anyone or any other entity unless it becomes legally
required by law. We use the most up-to-date encryption technologies
when collecting such information from you to guard against the
unauthorized access of your data.
Our shopping cart system
is Cart Manager and they require identifiable information for the
purpose of processing your order. Their privacy policy can be viewed
at http://www.cartmanager.net/administration/privacypolicy.php3. We
use Authorize.net for credit/debit card processing so we never
receive your card information when you order online. We receive an
authorization for your card but it is not charged until we are ready
to ship. You can read their privacy policy at http://www.authorize.net/company/privacy/.
If you place an order via email, please provide a phone contact for
payment - never include your credit card information in an email. If
you place an order by phone or email, we will destroy your card
information upon approval of charge unless you have requested
Cranberry Cat to keep such information on file in a secure
environment. Please check the privacy policy for PayPal if you
choose to pay through their system.
SHIPPING
It is our policy to ship your order out within 48 hours
or less. Orders place on Friday may not be shipped until the
following Monday. We charge the actual freight charge plus a small
handing fee to cover real expenses involved in the shipping of your
order. If at any time we can save you over $2.00 of what our
shopping cart figured for freight, we will either (depending on your
method of payment) adjust your credit
card total or issue you a PayPal refund (subject to their new policy
of not refunding the fees we still have to pay on refunds). Shipping cost is based on weight and distance calculated by USPS, however, the cart occasionally overcharges so we adjust for
that. When a customer makes changes to their order before it is
shipped that alters the weight and cost of the freight, the original
order, at our discretion, may be canceled with a full refund and the
customer will be asked to place a new order. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you order something
that is out of stock, we do not place it on back-order. We will
contact you via email to let you know of the shortage and to confirm
if the product will be back in stock or not. At that time, you can
notify us if you want to reorder the item for future shipment
understanding that there may be additional shipping charges. If you
have paid by PayPal, we will issue you a store credit or refund your
PayPal account at your request. If you used a credit card, we will
correct the amount before the charge is put through. (We obtain only
an authorization on your charge until we are ready to ship at which
time we submit the charge for capture.) Alternately, on items
we can get back in stock, if you would like, we can hold your order
until the items come back in.
SPECIAL
ORDERS
All special orders must be prepaid and are
subject to no refund without prior consent. A refund may not be
issued if the product is something we do not normally stock or the
quantity is excessive for our current stock levels.
RETURNS
All returns MUST have a Return
Authorization number provided by Cranberry Cat PRIOR to shipping back to us.
You must ship product back at your expense in the same manner it was
shipped to you, with all papers returned to their protective
sleeves. You may be
subject to a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges
will not be refunded unless the product is defective or a mistake
was made by Cranberry Cat. Request must be made by email listing the
items you are returning. This request must be received within one
(1) week of receipt if you have changed your mind about a product. A
notice of any damaged product or mistake in shipping made by
Cranberry Cat needs to be submitted within 10 days of receipt of
product. Any damage or abnormalities MUST be documented with a
photo. Returned product cannot have any damage such as bends,
folds, tears, wrinkles, cuts. stains, dirt, fingerprints, etc., and
barcode strips must still be intact if they were part of the item
originally. All products were shipped to you from a
non-smoking environment. Since papers can absorb odors and retain
them, any hint of smoke, mildew or other unnatural odors would make
it unable for us to resell and therefore will not be refunded.

RIGHT TO LIMIT
QUANTITIES
In the scrapbooking
industry today, there are single production runs on many products,
which means once they are sold out by
the manufacture or their authorized
distributors, these products are no longer available. On
discontinued production items that we can no longer restock, we may,
at our sole discretion,
LIMIT or restrict purchase quantities, especially to a scrapbook
business, to provide an opportunity for
more individuals to have these products to enhance their
scrapbooking memories. We
